I took a photo while out on a walk of a gentle fern, thriving ‘Against the Odds’ while embedded in a rugged and seemingly inhospitable brick wall.

Besides the beautiful contrast in color, as I contemplated the design, it spoke to me about life. My life, your life, all life. We journey through each day, climbing a mountain of curve balls and challenges, yet- when we hold firm to being present each day and believe that we can create unreasonable outcomes, ANYTHING is possible.

The original artwork was a custom commission and is now part of the permanent art collection at the Copelouzos Family Art Museum in Greece.
